1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the platform, website, mobile application, and all services provided by QQPulsa (https://qqpulsa.vu). These Terms take effect on the date you first access our platform or register as a member, whichever is earlier.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at QQPulsa at any one time. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same name, phone number, IP address, or financial details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the freezing of all associated accounts without compensation.

Upon registration, you agree to:

• Providing complete, accurate, and up-to-date information at all times.

QQPulsa reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account immediately without prior notice if:

• Member is in breach of any terms contained in this document.

• Member found to hold multiple active accounts simultaneously.

In the event of account termination due to a breach of Terms, qqpulsa reserves the right to withhold any bonus balances and wins obtained through activities that violated those Terms.

11 Applicable Laws & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where QQPulsa is licensed and registered. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through the following process:

1. First Level – Customer Support: Reach the qqpulsa customer support team via live chat or email. Most issues are resolved within 48 hours.
2. Second Level – Escalation: If the issue cannot be resolved, the complaint may be escalated to the QQPulsa senior management team for further review.
3. Third Level – Arbitration: Disputes that cannot be resolved internally will be referred to a mutually agreed independent arbitration body.

Members agree that any claim or legal action must be initiated within one (1) year from the date of the incident giving rise to such claim, failing which the claim shall be fully barred.
